Character Design: Olev

With much help of my buddy Andrew, I created this character called Olev.
The story behind him is not fully rendered out yet but he's already in heavy action!

Work In Progress: Jack Nicholson

So I finished the sketch and started blocking in the main colors.

I am not too happy about his skin yet and there is still much work left to do before I can call it finished.

Work In Progress: Alec Baldwin

A more recent piece I am working.

Started it because I saw Mr. Baldwin on the news after he had punched a photographer (Alec Balboa?).

Anyways, I am doing this entirely in Paint Tool Sai, I always liked it because it's so lightweight and fast but still has a lot of useful features. Usually I work in Photoshop but lately it feels very stiff and stops me from being productive.
